    Clean, comfortable, high quality Audio and Video, and staff have always been kind every time I’ve visited. My experience watching movies here is always delightful, to be fair, it is very likely because I am always careful to only watch when it’s not crowded at all, and late night/weekday shows. The reclining seats were once a luxury, now it’s almost a standard and I struggle to enjoy a movie when not seated in these awesome seats. Drinks and popcorn are what you’d expect at a theatre, but I do find this particular theatre provides a lower kernel to popcorn ratio; could be my imagination though. Audio is at a perfect level, rarely too loud. Video quality, even in the smaller theatre rooms, always looking great. My only suggestion, but this is strictly preference, I do find it gets a bit warm inside sometimes, especially this summer (2021).

    Environment - as soon as you enter the Cineplex, you are greeted with a whole lot of Arcade Games . It feels so good hearing sounds coming from different games ! In the middle, there is a food counter and it looks delicious (yes the counter itself ) The movie screens are split in 2 sections, half of all being lined up on either side. It makes it easy to reach your auditorium. The washrooms are easily accessible and are clean. The staff - Ultra Responsive. I had my doubts instantly clear and the directions were Crisp ! I loved my whole experience here, and I would love to visit here often.

    Very good movie theater popcorn and snacks are good. The theaters themselves are comfortable and spacious with reclining seats. Prices are average definitely recommend

    We got a chance to visit this cinema over the weekend. It’s located behind the mall area. It was pretty busy. This place is amazing. There’s an arcade area to keep you busy while waiting for your movie to start. They also have a Starbucks. They also sell movie snacks. The popcorn were so good. The theatre was nice and clean. The seats reclined and were comfortable. The restrooms were also clean. The staff here is helpful and courteous. It was overall a great experience. Do check them out.

    A massive thank you to Cineplex for their incredible donation of a *ton* of movie passes and popcorn to our raffle fundraiser for a close friend battling cancer. Their contribution helped us create “date night” raffle packs that paired perfectly with restaurant and activity donations and they were a huge hit! What really made this special was when the general manager personally called me after I had already picked up an initial smaller donation (from a separate manager). She asked me to come back for more because she frequents the restaurant where we all work and already knew how close our team is (she’s been seeing the same faces for nearly two decades). When I told the woman we were raising money for about that moment, we both got emotional. That kind of genuine care and connection is something I’ll never forget. Thank you, Cineplex, for going above and beyond!
